The side

This is a 17th century house with a timber frame. The front is rough cast and at the north end the bricks have been painted. There is a plain tile roof. The two small casements are 19th century. The door has a reeded frame and corniced hood. There are twin gabled rear extensions of timber and brick, probably built in the early 18th century. The premises once belonged to the builders – Jarman.
