Following on from the success of Long Cutt play area the Parish Council is now turning its attention to Flamsteadbury Lane playground which is very old, outdated and limited.

All the old apparatus will be removed apart from the swings and new play equipment installed with the addition of an outdoor gym and football goal. Funding for this project is coming from Parish Council earmarked reserves, St Albans District Council and the Big Lottery Fund.

It begins on the 17th August and matches will be held weekly from that date (every Thursday between 8-10pm) at Redbourn Leisure Centre.

The fee is £30 per team per week.

Games are 30-40 minutes long.
